one of my lovely experiments that was a success. I always make more sauce than usual to have extra on my plate to flavor veggies and whatever starch is on the menu. A nice crusty Italian or French bread would work wonderfully to sop up the remains. It is best to make the sauce ahead of time and allow it to cool in the fridge overnight to allow it to gel up a bit.
