Chicken Fresco Penne

Bake chicken in Pampered Chef Deep dish baker. Remove chicken and add 1 more cup broth to the existing broth in the pan. Add wine, chopped onions and tomatos, and sliced garlic. Bake in microwave in covered stone baker for 18 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes. Add chicken and fresh chopped basil and parmesan cheese to the top and serve.

Potato and Sausage Crock pot soup

Very good and only 5 points per serving if you use 1% milk and reduced fat soups and fat free shredded cheese on top. Also, if you drain the grease from the sausage after cooking.
