This coffee cake recipe has been in my family for years. It is always a hit. You can lessen the calories and fat by using nonfat or light sour cream. I have not tried substituting any other ingredients, it's too good the way it is. Great for dessert and great for breakfast!
I have made this in two 8 x 8 pans and it is just as good!
