Hot Chicken Salad

2 cups diced cooker chicken
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 celery ribs, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayo
1 can mushrooms
2 tbsp finely chopped onions
1/2 cup butter flavored crackers-crushed
1/2 cup potato chips
1/2 cup cliced almonds

Full Fat Ranch Dip

Moderation is key, and I like reular Sour Cream


This recipe is from "Betty Crocker's Slow Cooker Cookbook." which says that this mexican version of hash is great to have as a standby in the freezer. You can eat with rice or even roll up in a tortilla
