Tuna Cottage Salad
My mother found this recipe years ago. We like to eat inside a tomato or slice tomato to accompany it. My husband likes to call it a dip and eat half of it at one sitting with crackers or chips (not a particular diet food when done this way). You can use fat free cottage cheese and low fat mayonnaise and reduce the calories even more.
Beef and Potato Casserole
This is a recipe that my mother used to make and when I made it for my husband, he fell in love with it. It is not really low fat, but when you consider it is a meal within itself, it offsets the calories. You could use a healthy request type soup in place of the regular and save some on fats, etc.
