Do not overcook! If edges are barely brown, but they have baked 15min, they are done. They might not look done but take them out, cool completely and remove from tray.
You can use up to 2 cups of chocolate chips, if you prefer to cut it to 1 cup, or even half a cup of mini chocolate chips that would reduce the calories significantly and make these a solid chocolate chip cookie.
I used bread flour for extra chewy cookies!
