Not low carb, but yes to protein and fiber. Kind of a breakfast cookie
The nutrition info includes the basic ingredients but you can add almost anything to taste -- cumin, chili powder, chopped red or green bell pepper or hotter peppers to taste. It'll shift the calories a bit, but it's a good start. Fiber, protein and lots of flavor!
Basic indian vegetarian dish, serve with rice
