Super simple to make and everybody loves them.
I used 1/3 cup of the red wine vinegar, but I like my dressing zingy. You may find it a little too strong, so you should reduce the vinegar to your preference.
This is just enough for 3 people to have a good serving, about 3/4 cup each.
This recipe makes about 5 one cup servings. Enjoy with a salad and bread sticks.
Makes about 2 quarts of sauce, which can be frozen.
A easy, light version of an old favorite. I used ultra fine noodles.
Makes 1 LARGE spicy Chicken Taco Salad. You can double up on the meat sauce if you want to make 2 salads. Great way to use up left over roasted chicken breasts. Don't let the ingredient list scare you. It's simple to make. You can just use taco seasoning mix if you want, but there's a lot of salt in the seasoning mixes from the store.
This recipe is kind of spicy, but my family thought it was awesome.
Prepare meatballs and chill. Meatballs go with the Mexican Meatball Chili recipe, but can be used for any recipe.
Nutrition information is based on 5 meatballs. Recipe makes about 25 meatballs, so base your calculations on how many meatballs you eat.
Quick and easy for breakfast to go.
Quick and easy, plus low in calories, fat and everything else. Everything cooks in one pan.
A hearty meal that's perfect for low calorie diets.
My kids always love this. Everyone else does too. I use a farely good amount of herbs, so if you like less, reduce the amounts. This works well with ground chicken or turkey sausage, too.
Lovely, light and savory with a touch of sweetness.
These savory meatballs are great with spaghetti. They also make great appetizers, served in a light au jus gravy with picks
A hearty one dish main course. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes (neither of which is included in the nutritional information counts).
The is roughly based on the recipe from Taste of Home. I just lightened it up a bit. Piggly Wiggly sells a similar version in their deli, but without the lightening up.
Kinda the same as the old Campbells recipe for Swedish Meatballs, but with chicken instead of beef.
Very fragrant and savory dinner. Super fast and simple. Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
Erhard makes this soup all the time. It is perfect for low cholesterol, low fat diets and very filling and tasty. Add more or less salt for your personal preference. Freezes great!
