This is my variation of Chef Meg's Chicken Marsala. I supstituted the fish for chicken, and used diced stewed tomatoes in place of the tomato juice and chicken stock. I also increased the mushrooms.
Easy to make casserole, that tastes great, and is only 126 calories per serving.
Simple recipe, jammed pack with flavour. Marinade the pork overnight, and it's ready to cook the next day.

This salad is a meal in itself!!
For a lower calorie version, you can leave out the walnuts (takes off about 190 calorie per serving). I add them for the protien and fibre.
Fairly simple recipe, with just a bit of prep work. I use granny smith apples, because of the tartness. Others prefer a sweeter apple. Salt and pepper may be added for taste, but I don't find it necessary.
Quick prep, easy to prepare. Leftover turkey can be used instead of the ground turkey, and it's just as good!
Quick and easy Taco Salad. I used regular cheddar, but a lower fat cheese would be healthier.
