HUGE portion! Meat free, egg free, dairy free, cholesterol free! This is a recipe (slightly different) that I found on veria.com. I couldn't find the recipe for the tofu ricotta that they use because, for some reason, they don't list it.
This is pretty much just like Sparkpeople's Low Fat Granola, except I substituted the maple syrup for agave nectar (it isn't weird- you can find it at Wal-Mart by the sugar- not sugar! Perfect!) and I left out the dried fruit, switched up the nuts a bit, and saved nearly 100 calories per serving.
