My Guiltless New York Style Cheesecake

i am crazy for cheesecake ( new york style) but, it has way to much fat, sugar and calories for me to fit it into my new lifestyle. I felt that I could make a cheesecake that was both good tasting and good for you and I think that I have done it!! I hope that you enjoy this as much as we did.
