A classic egyptian dish made with no rice at all which is totally unorthodox but equally tasty at 22 calories,1.4 g of fat, 1 g of carb, 1 g of protein per single roll, makes about 90 rolls (3 layers in a deep pot, each layer= 30 rolls)
Typically instead of cauliflower, fava beans are added, but since i'm low carbing, i used cauliflower. Before serving, fried onions are added on the top, then it's left to chill. It's like a thick cold porridge. It's eaten with bread, raw veggies or alone. At 18 calories & 1 g carb, it's a lovely snack.
Add splenda, vanilla & cinnamon it becomes a pancke or add salt, pepper, oregano , onion powder, garlic powder & paprika it becomes a pizza base.
