I love one pot pasta meals, and this recipe came about from a combination of craving shrimp and ingredients I had on hand. It turned out really well and will definitely make it again! Even my picky eater liked it.
This recipe is from our Austrian daughter, Hanna. She is our exchange student here during 2013-14 and served these for an International Exchange meal.
I needed to make a salad with what I had on hand and this turned out to be quick, easy, and delicious!
My family loved this meal! It was quick to prepare with a little help chopping or doing some prep ahead of time.
