Classic white bread recipe for bread machines -- dough is divided into two loaves and baked in a convection oven, resulting in the bread being less dense (light and fluffly).
Recipe makes two loaves, sliced into approxaimately 8 3/4 inch thick slices per loaf .
Single loaf = 492 grams
1 serving = 1 slice (3/4 inch thick)
Fast and easy to make.
Adjust seasonings to your liking (I don't measure when I cook!
