These are great because they can be made up for the week and left in the refrigerator. I make 8 jars at a time and have one a day, sometimes 1/2 in AM and 1/2 for a snack later.
This recipe uses Erythritol and Stevia to add sweetness. I purposely left out the "add on" ingredients as I have 6 kids and 5 out of 6 enjoy it plain! I can easily add coconut or nuts and track the calories seperately anyway. Hope you enjoy this delicious breakfast/anytime snack. It is also great with yogurt!!

Wonderfully warming healthy meal! This could easily be vegetarian without the sausage. When I prepare it this way I add a full teaspoon of sea salt.
