Made with frozen yougurt, frozen berries, a touch of fresh yogurt and a few other treats that make it taste oh so good.

Baked Lemon Chicken

I had some extra chicken cutlets and needed to use them so I made a variation of the lemon pepper chicken I typically make. This came out as a rather healthy lightly-breaded chicken.

Pizza Casserole

I created this casserole when I was pregnant with my daughter and living with my siblings who were picky eaters. It's great to throw together on a busy night and is wonderful to heat up for lunches the next day. We customize portions to each family member's tastes to include mushrooms, olives, or whatever else they want. Our friends and family request this dish regularly. It's definately a favorite around here.

7-Layer Magic Bars

My mom made these for me when I was small and now I make them for my husband and daughter. A pan never lasts long in our house! (Sometimes we use peanut butter chips instead of butterscotch ones.)

Beefy Nacho Cheese Bake

Wonderful chili recipe. We start the chili making season on the first snow of the winter with this wonderfully easy crockpot dish.

This is a very altered version of how my mom made this for me growing up. I had to rejuvenate it to et my husband and friends to like it.

Salisbury Steak

Great recipe scaled down that my grandmother makes for large groups. Really only needs one can of cream of mushroom soups and a half a can of milk but we use the extra as gravy for mashed potatoes.
