Adapted from Cooking Light (Nov 2006) but made even more healthy in my kitchen.

5.2 g fat
25.8 g carb
1 g fiber
3.8 g protein

Spice Chili Sauce

WW Make it in Minutes p66. Recipe is for Steak with Spicy Chili Sauce. I did not add tenderloin to this b/c I think this sauce would go great with pork as well.
