This makes a LOT...I used a large rectangular electric skillet and it was full. I froze several portions for future lunches/dinners. If you want less, the recipe is easy to half.
Super easy crock pot recipe...less than 5 minutes of prep time. This is a healthy recipe, other than the sodium. You can decrease that by using low-sodium taco seasoning.
This is similar to my 3 ingredient recipe, except I added some seasonings, and a couple of other ingredients. Also, this version uses the artichokes that are marinated in oil, not brine.
This has only 3 ingredients, and it super easy to make. You can substitute low fat mushroom soup instead, for better nutritional stats.
Well, okay....so it isn't world famous, but it is famous with my family, friends, co-workers, and my son's football team. I came up with this recipe several years ago, when I was doing Weight Watchers. It's great for WLS patients as well (or any dieter), since it has tons of protein. I actually have a pot of this simmering on the stove right now.
These are fast and tasty. If desired, top with a bit of marinara, mustard, etc. This makes 4 small patties, so I usually double the recipe for my family.
