Asparagus Soup

A fresh tasting, low fat, non-dairy soup. Use a squeeze of fresh lemon when serving to brighten up the flavor (and add a healthy dose of vitamin C!).
* I use weights for recipes these days to get more accurate measurements AND calorie counts.

Simple Asian Cabbage Coleslaw

A tasty fat free, crunchy salad. For color, use red cabbage or mix red and green cabbage.

You can easily add additional vegetables (carrots, bell pepper) to make it even more colorful.
