Blacken chicken with a real kick! Before starting remove any smoke detectors, open any doors if possible and turn on kitchen fan.!
I normally make up the spice mixture and then only put into a dish what I need to cook a couple of chicken breasts at a time.

Loved family recipe known as "Aunt Carol's Meatballs", but can't tolerate high fructose corn syrup or corn syrup period. So used a couple recipes to make this one.
Calculation - does not include meatballs. I like to use Turkey meatball recipe.
Tastes really rich but actually healthy

Healthy meatballs - turkey and baked.
No dairy and used gluten free oatmeal.
Prep takes some time, but nice to have healthy frozen meals.
Fast snack bar without nuts, dried fruit but with pumpkin, sunflower seeds. The sunflower butter with honey mixture is reminiscent of peanut butter and honey snacks.
Morning Glory Bars - no nuts, dried fruit or coconut. Also simplify the process, baked them in a 9x13 cake pan.

This is a super fast lasagna recipe to prep that doesn't require the lasagna noodles to be boiled before making the lasagna! The noodles get cooked with the use of a total of 50 ounces of pasta sauce. I will never go back to the old way ever again!

I have done some modifications to accomodate avoiding sulfites or preservatives
- Italian Sausage is actually a combination of beef and spices instead of using pre-made sausages
- Marinara sauce any kind can be used, because of preservatives avoidance I used the Safeway Organic version.
- Reduced Parmesan cheese from original recipe but added onion and extra garlic to make up for taste.
Meat Loaf with a kick and no preservatives from the Italian Sausage
Best chicken noodle soup I have ever tasted.
