Date Balls

This is a recipe that my Mom gave me years ago, and is something that I make when I want to make that sweet tooth happy. The serving size is approximately 1.5 Tablespoons, which obviously can be made smaller, and that would reduce the amount of calories, fat, etc.

Deep Dish Cheesy Chicken

I got this recipe from a different site, then changed some ingredients. Its pretty fast, yummy and as long as you have about 10 oz of veggies, you can use any kind. I put carrots, corn and peas in the recipe, but you can use one veggie, or tons!

Lentil Chili

This is a great, inexpensive meal that really fills you up. There are times that I decide to add meat, like leftover turkey or a cooked and shredded chicken breast. If you want to substitute the chicken broth for vegetable broth, then it becomes vegetarian too!

Saucy Pork Ribs

These come out of the oven tender and delicious! Using boneless pork ribs works even better, as you don't have to deal with as much refuse.
