This recipe was given to me, but there was not enough liquid in the original recipe, therefore I changed it slightly.
Also good is rice noodles, put in with tofu in bowl and add soup over top.

These are good tucked in a pita pocket; drizzled with yogurt sauce (Yogurt, white wine vinegar, garlic, salt & paper).
This salad is a one bowler; throw all ingredients into one bowl & toss. You do need 2 cups cooked rice.
