Nachos
Beans, ground turkey, salsa! Add all of your favorite toppings. Sodium listed seems high. I will choose low sodium refried beans over low fat if there is a significant difference in sodium. I also watch the labels on salsa and often go with fresh salsa with an added jalepeno for flavor.
Ham and Cheese Sliders
Not the healthiest, especially when you could eat several of these in one sitting. But they are good and serve as a great appetizer or quick dinner.
