Early American Peanut Soup

From 365 Easy Vegetarian Recipes. I looked at the sodium in the veggie broth after I had bought it and realized it was way high so I added 2 cups of water. A serving size is 1 cup and it makes 4 servings. You can also top the soup with unsalted dry peanuts if you need more peanut.

Pumpkin chocolate chip cookies

The original recipe called for 3/4 of a cup on oil but I used a banana. It would probably be better with Applesauce but I didn't have any, so I put in one banana and a little less then 1/4 cup oil to make up the difference. It's just a 12 ounce bag of chocolate chips.
