Delicious and Tasty. While it isn't a diet food it just got a little healthier. We've substituted Healthy Request Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup for the regular soup.

A delicious chocolate-oatmeal treat always popular at a party. Not a diet food. This recipe with it's accompanying directions produces a smoother end product than others I have tried as the sugar is allowed to dissolve properly and does not retain the "grainy" consistency.

Ham, Egg, and Cheese Omelette with green peppers and onions (low cholesterol)

Most of the egg yolks are removed to lower the bad cholesterol. Of the four eggs only one yolk is included.
