pork fried rice (no soy sauce)

this is a simple and quick fried rice dish that is low in sodium, and since i don't like soy sauce, i added spices that i like to give it a little kick. I used microwave brown rice, if Iwould have had any left overs, i would have used them Make four good sized servings

whole wheat banana muffins

I was looking for an easy breakfast for my early mornings, and came up with this.. they are so moist they don't even need anything on them. And the Flax seed gives me added fiber .

cabbage soup home made

my version of the cabbage soup diet soup. I just like it as a veggie soup on a cold day..
I add what veggies I have, and spice to taste. but this is the basic recipe. Minus salt because I can't have sodium.
