Use your favorite sausage in this recipe. I like mine spicy so I use a spicy sausage. You can lower the calories by using a lowfat sausage or substitute lowfat hamburger. I cook the sausage well and drain on paper towel to remove as much fat as possible. This recipe take some prep work, but the cook time is very little. Great recipe to make with a partner's help.
