Makes 12, 4" pancakes these are very filling pancakes, generally 1-2 is plenty, top w/ low-fat peanut butter and sugar free syrup or fruit of your choice
Quick easy stir fry, high protein meal, low calorie. You could always serve over rice or noodles if you like.
Quick and easy. High fiber content. Spice it up however you want to. Dip in salsa/ranch mixture if you want.
Use lemon pepper seasoning
