Vegan Split Pea and vegetable soup

Mildly spiced, creamy (without the cream) hearty main dish soup in the Indian style.

Tomato Fish Stew

Low-fat, low-calorie main dish. Cook it all in one pan which means very lttle cleanup required. Wonderful with homemade bread for a complete dinner.

Hummus with Horseradish

Good smeared on toasted whole wheat bread and piled high with raw vegetables. Use as a dip for vegetables, non-fat pretzels, or crackers.
