High sodium but great lunch idea. You can reduce salt by rinsing the sauerkraut, but it retracts from the flavor. I also use a lower sodium turkey breast but couldn't find it in the search engine.

These are super easy if you have leftover barbecue chicken. I calculated nutrition info from prepackaged chicken strips.
Fat and calories reduced using ground turkey. Leftovers can be put in a hollowed out bell pepper and baked for 20-30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
