This is based on "Greek Pasta Salad" recipe from "Rose Reisman Brings Home Light Pasta" and also a dish that was on the Kelsey's menu a few years ago. I often serve chicken or salmon with this. This dish is good hot or cold.
This is adapted from the Canadian Living chicken cookbook. It says there, "You may think there's too much of everything in this marinade - but cooking tames the tang of the vinegar and blends the robust flavors of the mustard, peppercorns, and garlic." I don't have a barbecue, so I do this recipe in the broiler.

This was from a Reader's Digest magazine a few years ago. Easy, tasty, and moist. You could probably use different herbs, if you wish.
