More fruit!!! next time use less protein powder or unflavoured. Not sure lemon juice is necessary. Would be nice with milk I think or try buttermilk. Refer blueberry muffin recipe on spark next time. Try with flax meal. Try adding almonds. More vanilla. No sugar needed with fruit and stevia in protein choco powder. Less baking powder.
These are great muffins for breakfast or as a snack. At only 96 calories, with 2.5 g of fiber and 3 g of protein...there's no need to sneak a second...go ahead and take it! ;)
