Katelyn's Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is a great, easy recipe if you're looking to add a little spunk to your basic chocolate chip cookie. The chocolate chips make the cookie a satisfying dessert, while the protein powder adds about 4 g of protein per cookie. (I suggest using the vanilla flavored protein powder, as it seems to taste the best. It doesn't give the cookie a 'protein-flavored' taste.) Egg beaters, which are substituted for regular eggs, will reduce the amount of cholesterol and fat in each cookie; while Splenda is used in place of white sugar, so sugar content is also reduced.

I have actually had much better results with these cookies compared to regular chocolate chip cookies. I don't think I will ever go back to my old recipe - you can barely taste the difference! Enjoy!
