This is my Grandmother's vegetable soup recipe. She usually makes a batch this size and then freezes quite a few portions to be able to just pull out and eat. You can definitely make less. It makes 22 portions of 1 cup.
This is a super fast and super yummy.
I figured this out one night when I was trying to find something quick and easy. i didn't have anything thawed out. So I looked in the freezer. There was a package of frozen turkey in my freezer. So I popped it in the microwave to thaw it and then I came up with this.
This is one of my favorite recipes ever. It is so delicous. Of course if you want to save quite a few calories you could just eat the meat and other ingredients on an actual salad and leave out the noodles.

A delicious all in one meal. Eat some extra vegetables or a salad with this one. This is one of my husbands favorite dishes. You can decrease fat and calories by using fat free milk and low fat cheddar cheese. I just usually have 2% milk b/c I have a 20 month old.
