Recipe is from Cooking Light. If you like spicier, add another jalepeno and even serrano chiles. I use fresh peppers/chiles. If you don't like spicy, take the jalepeno out altogether or reduce to one.

Easy and tasty! Filling casserole that's light on calories and fat but good on protein for a casserole. Very saucy, so if you like it drier, add less sauce.

Cool Summer Shrmip Pasta Salad

Super tasty, easy to make salad, good for any occasion! My husband can eat this for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Can also subsitute salmon for the shrimp.
