I have this salad almost every day. It's loaded with fiber - 13 grams. It also counts as 3 servings of vegetables.
I saw this recipe on recipezaar.com posted by LAURIE. I made a minor change to reduce the sugar. I don't think the Spark nutritional information is accurate because you discard the marinade and that isn't reflected in the nutritional info.

This is an Indian dish for spinach (palak) chicken. It's just like a dish I order from our local Indian restaurant. Excellent served with basmati rice and lavash bread.

I found this recipe on recipezaar.com, but it was a higher fat and calorie version. The original recipe was posted by Tish and it's Baked Sweet Potato recipe #55678 on 'Zaar. Anyway, I had to make some significant substitutions to make the fat and calorie counts more diet friendly. It worked and this turned out fantastic! We served this with lean country style pork ribs and they were amazingly good. I think this would also pair well with Salmon.
This Recipe does require 4 - 8 hours of marinating time. Super fast and easy to prepare. Mom used to make this for us growing up. Doesn't get any easier than this.

I got this recipe from RecipeZaar.com. It was posted by Roxygirl in Colorado. It's an excellent technique for cooking broccoli. I've only ever boiled broccoli and was used to having very mushy and limp broccoli. Pan roasting it keeps it crisp. I've modified the recipe to serve 2.
I got this recipe off of RecipeZaar.com. According to the recipe description there, this recipe was from a 1995 or 1996 National Enquirer. It was posted on 'Zaar by Spyder-man. I did make a few minor modifications (I didn't add green peppers or shallots and made some other adjustments).
I don't believe the Cabbage Soup Diet is a great diet to follow, however, this is a really good soup for snacking or lunch. It reminds me of the Cabbage Soup they serve at Big Boy. Also, I halved the recipe and it still made a TON of soup - - roughly 20 servings.
