Peanut Butter Banana Strawberry Smoothie

Cheesy and cheap veggie rice

Got rid of leftovers and got several ridiculously filling meals out of it. Rinse canned vegetables (or use fresh ones) to get rid of extra salt. I made the entire thing in a microwave (with the help of a rice cooker) but I'm sure you can use a stove too.

Note: the only reason why this took so long is because I had to microwave everything separately. If you dumped everything in a bowl and microwaved it it would take way less time -- I just didn't have a bowl large enough.

Spicy chicken, bean, and rice soup

This is high in sodium only because I used salsa instead of actual vegetables. You could replace the salsa with the vegetables in salsa to make it much better for you.

Microwavable Lemon Shrimpy Rice

It's pretty awesome, I can get everything I need for it at my college's grocery store except the shrimp. You could probably substitute some kind of tofu or just omit the meat altogether, and get it entirely without spending "real" money. Yay useful food credit!

Easy and Cheap Rice, Chicken, and Beans

I made this entire meal for less than 10 dollars. Because it is so easy, I make it on Sunday night (soaking the beans Sat-Sun), put it in 5 tupperware containers, then have microwaveable dinner for 5 nights afterwards.
