Delicious breakfast smoothie
This is a hearty rice pilaf dish. You can cut the serving size in half but it's so good most people go back for more.
The original recipe says that this makes 12 servings but just a handful (about half of a serving) makes a great snack at just over 150 calories. Careful - they're addictive.
This isn't the healthiest recipe in the world. One serving contains 30 g of fat and nearly 275 mg of cholesterol.
But it is so GOOD!
