Jane's Basic Quiche

Can add up to 1 c. assorted sauteed vegetables such as broccoli, onion, mushroom, and fresh or dried herbs such as sage, parsley, thyme - whatever you like.
Bake 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until filling is set.

Nonfat Banana Muffins

Mix together all wet ingredients. Mix together all dry. Then mix together just until combined. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray.
Fill 3/4 full. Bake 325 degrees for 17-18 minutes.
