This is a flexible recipe. I often substitute dried cranberries or raisins for the blueberries; you can also use applesauce, banana, cinnamon, etc. Also, any nuts work; I have also used chopped walnuts or sliced almonds
Sometimes called American goulash or Hamburger/Macaroni casserole but I just make it in a skillet.
Excellent casserole! Can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake. Remember to put the topping on for just the last 5 minutes of baking.
This may be served alone or over brown rice. Use soy sauce to taste if you wish.

Delicious, quick, can be made with italian turkey sausage instead of pork sausage - You'll have enough for your family and enough left over to freeze.

Great recipe for a family night or pot luck makes a lot. Actually it is just the two of us now but we love the leftovers. I adapted it from a community cookbook and think that it is a Greek dish. With the adaptations it went from over 800 calories per serving to just over 400.
Very good, very simple, low fat and high fiber
This is a family favorite that even my children loved. Nice for lunch or a light supper.
I call these breakfast cookies. They are quick, easy, and last for days in the refrigerator. At less than 100 calories each, two make a good breakfast at home or on the run.
