A tasty full meal salad. Dressing can also be served over other salad, steamed veggies, potatoes, grains, or legumes.

Rainbow Chard with Red Quinoa and Walnut Sauce

Satisfying lunch or side dish. Make a small pot of quinoa and recipe of Walnut/Garlic/Tamari sauce early in the week, then just cook the chard for a fast meal.

Made from leftover filling from gyoza recipe. Could also add mushrooms, bok choi, sea weed, asparagus, etc. If you have leftover filling from the chicken with napa cabbage and chives pot sticker recipe, here is a good way to use it up.
