I have no idea if you will like this or not. I made up stuff as I went along, and hope it will be a tasty treat. I am sure I will have to tweek it for taste.

fat free sugar free pudding

this is the same ingredients and directions from the box, however instead of 4 servings i stretched it to six servings

joey's chili beans

a healthier version with a deliciously spicy twist.

banana bread sugar free/low fat

a lighter version of the old fashioned bread. Granted not as good, nothing replaces real butter and sugar, but will satisfy the craving.

baked salmon patties(low fat)

This is NOT as good as frying them, but sure is a lot less fat and calories.

sugar free-low fat hot chocolate

a skinner version of the hersheys hot cocoa on the box

low fat cornbread

A low fat version of cornbread.

guilt free chicken salad

Although it is missing the boiled egg and the "fat" I find it a nice replacement for the fattier version.

venison vegetable stew

This is a hearty stew without the fat and added preservatives.
