I threw this together using the ingredients I could find in my economy-challenged pantry and it actually tasted good enough to share! The nutrition information is based on what I estimated was consumed after coating the chicken.
Take a break from the regular old BBQ sauce while cooking chicken on the grill. Also makes a great 30-minute marinade prior to putting the chicken on to cook.
This is large recipe for batch cooking and freezes great! The recipe is calculated using boneless, skinless chicken thighs; to reduce the fat, use boneless, skinless breasts instead. Low sodium at 114mg per serving.
