This is a recipe I use for homemade hummus dip. It's pretty standard. I just add kale, spinach, scallions & extra garlic to it.
It's a great dip for veggies, pita, crackers, just about anything!
I'm just posting this recipe because it was something I threw together with what I happened to have in the house (it's that dreaded time in between checks where the budget is extra tight) & I am curious what the nutrition info is like for it (the S.O. has eaten it - I haven't touched it yet), so feel free to change it around however you see fit!
PS - it is a vegetarian stew; feel free to add meat if you so desire, but don't forget to calculate how that will change the nutrition info!
