Black Beans and Rice

I cook black beans and rice in bulk ahead of time, store them separately in the refrigerator, then reheat them and combine ingredients one serving at a time. Combining everything ahead of time and reheating works too! All amounts of spices can be added "to taste" depending on your prefered spice level.
Yummy vegetarian dish!
Reheats well.
