This cake almost makes me feel guilty it is sooooo good! But, with only 167 Calories and only 4.9 grams of fat per serving, this decadent cake in a very guilt-free treat!
* The chocolate chips are supposed to be no sugar added, but I couldn't find the nutritional info, so the calories a really even lower!
If you love brussel sprouts (or even if you don't!) you'll love them prepared using this technique! I saw this on "Take Home Chef." The brussel sprouts turn out firm and, by caramilizing them, they have a very unique flavour.
This is a variation of other recipes found on Spark Recipes. I added the chocolate chunks to make it something extra special, and it doesn't increase the calories all that much! It is silky smooth and incredibly moist - DECADENT!
If you like hummus, but don't like the flavour of the tahini paste, try this recipe - It's great!!!
* If you don't have the asian sesame on hand you can just increase the peanut butter or use something you have on hand that has similar flavour qualities.
