A take on Fettucini Alfredo with prawns. I made it with veggies and cream cheese instead of cream. Yummy
My family loves this recipe. I took an old favorite and made it as low fat as possible. It started out at about 30 grams of fat per serving, but using low fat or no fat substitutes does not sacrifice the flavor. My kids like it because they get to dip the chips. I sometimes add corn to trick them into eating their veggies!
