A healthy crunchy snack. The trick to getting the chickpeas crunchy is thoroughly drying them before tossing with olive oil.
This is a Giada recipe that I cut the amount of salmon in half. It makes a lot of sauce, enough for about 36 oz of salmon.
This chowder is delicious, but leave out the jalapeno if you don't like spicy foods.
Whole recipe makes about 16 servings. Recipe calculated for half (one tub greek yogurt, 8 servings)
Easy to make, delicious, and nutritious!
Serve as a side with dinner, top fish, or mix with canned tuna and melba toast for a nutritious lunch!
