Paella is a typical Spanish dish, originaly it is with chicken and rabbit , but you can use any ingredient. Here I made one with what I had in the fridge but cooking instuctions are the same for all and also I used cauliflower subst. rice. Spices are standard : tumeric, rosemary, thyme, paprika, zafron ...salt papper.
This is an eastern dish, a bit elaborated but very tasty .

I have made my own modifications. It is gluten free and low carb, it tastes good.
This is a low carb version of a german cake. It is made with almond and is 100% grain free. Is easy to make. You can make it more sweet , the calories are calculated with 1.5 tbs of honey.
A low carb carrot cake, I used a little honey (1 tbs), but you can use any sweetener you choose.
Very tasty, serve with mixed green salad.
