5 minute prep time!!! Something easy for a busy day that you can just throw in the crockpot/slowcooker and go. Beef is substituted with Veggie Crumbles, but you won't even miss it. Just throw in whatever you like and if you can find the low sodium vegetable juice, I would suggest you make the substitution...hard to find here.
